Talent Acquisition Lead - GTM - (Permanent)

We’re partnering with one of Europe’s most successful fintech scale-ups, who are looking to appoint a Talent Acquisition Lead with a strong high volume sales hiring background. This is a high-impact role, working closely with the Head of Sales to drive the growth and development of the commercial organisation. You’ll play a critical role in building out high-performing sales teams, while also helping to scale and evolve the wider Talent function.

You’ll Be Great for This if you have:


  • Proven experience leading Talent Acquisition teams in high volume sales env
  • Background in fintech, tech, or other fast-scaling b
  • Strong track record of delivering against ambitious hirin
  • Confident stakeholder manager, able to influence at sen
  • Data-driven, with experience improving processes and hiring e
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving env
  • Experience supporting international or multi-mark
  • Exposure to both technical and non-technical re
  • Experience scaling TA functions through periods of rap
