Private Client Solicitor / Associate – Oxfordshire – Up to £70,000 + Bonus + Benefits

A highly regarded firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor in Oxfordshire to join its growing team.

The Private Client Solicitor will handle high-quality work across wills, probate, trusts and LPAs within a collaborative team of around ten experienced and senior lawyers, offering strong mentoring, training and ongoing support.

You will advise a high-quality client base including HNW individuals, business owners and rural clients, gaining exposure to complex and rewarding work.

The Role

• Managing private client matters including wills, probate, trusts and estate planning
• Advising HNW clients on complex estates and succession planning
• Supporting on LPAs and related advisory work
• Acting for executors and trustees on estate administration matters
• Benefiting from strong support and development
• Delivering excellent client care across sensitive and complex matters
• Contributing to networking and business development activity

The Candidate

• Private Client Solicitor with between 4-6 PQE
• Strong experience across wills, probate, trusts and LPAs
• Confident managing a caseload with appropriate supervision
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Keen to learn from senior colleagues and develop technically
• Organised with strong attention to detail
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Proactive and commercially aware approach
