Registered Care Manager Level 1 Flat 2 Andlaw House, Exeter Salary: £24,617 - £26,092 38 hours per week You will need to have a sound knowledge of person centred planning, rota planning, staff management /development and budget management. In order to support Senses commitment to high quality, accountable services, you will need to be aware of the expectations of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and to develop an understanding of Senses Quality Assurance system. You will ideally hold NVQ4 or equivalent, or be working towards an accredited award. You will need to have had proven experience of supervising in a service for people who have additional support needs to lead more independent lives.
